            a.         Statewide Local Share Assessment Grant

RESOLUTION 1697

BE IT RESOLVED that the McKean Township Supervisors of Erie County hereby request a Statewide Local Share Assessment grant of $339,459 from the Commonwealth Financing Authority to be used for the purchase of a new heavy-duty maintenance and snow plow truck.

BE IT FURTHER RESOVLED that the Applicant does hereby designate Tenderrlee Little, Supervisor/Secretary and Brian P. Cooper, Supervisor as the officials to execute all documents and agreements between the McKean Township Supervisors and the Commonwealth Financing Authority to facilitate and assist in obtaining the requested grant.

I, Tenderrlee Little, duly qualified Secretary of the Township of McKean, Erie County, Pennsylvania, hereby certify that the forgoing is a true and correct copy of a Resolution duly adopted by a majority vote of the Board of Supervisors at special meeting held July 16, 2026 and said Resolution has been recorded in the Minutes of the Township of McKean and remains in effect as of this date.
