            a.         Amend Zoning Ordinance, Artivle IV, Section 401

            Motion to enact Ordinance 1-26 which amends the McKean Township Zoning Ordinance, Article IV, Section 401-Zoning Map rezoning eight (8) parcels located along West Road, identified with Index Nos. 31-13-47-6, 31-13-47-7, 31-13-47-8, 31-13-47-9, 31-13-47-10, 31-13-47-10.01, 31-13-47-10.05, 31-13-47-10.10 from B-1 Highway Plaza Commercial to R-2 Suburban Residential. 

10.       NEW BUSINESS

1. Motion to enact the following Resolution:

RESOLUTION 1696

BE IT RESOLVED, and is hereby resolved and enacted by the Board of Supervisors of McKean Township, Erie County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, that the Northwest Bank be named depository for the McKean Township DCNR C2P2 Grant with the creation of an interest-bearing account to hold funds until project is complete.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signatures of at least two Supervisors and including that of the Treasurer be required on all checks or warrants issued by the Township for the life of this project.

b.         West County Recycle Day

c.         Motion to enact the following Resolution:

RESOLUTION 1697

THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this the 4^th day of June, 2026, by and between, McKean Township, hereinafter called “Customer”, and First Energy Pennsylvania Electric Company, a public utility corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter called “Company”.

WHEREAS, Customer desires the company to provide street lighting service to Company owned street lighting facilities (“Units”); situated in the Township of McKean, County of Erie, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; and

WHEREAS, Customer may from time-to-time desire Company to add, replace and/or remove the Company owned Units; and

WHEREAS, Customer desires Company to provide street lighting service to any additional or replaced Units;
