NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the McKean Township Board of Supervisors will hold their Organization and Regular Meeting on Tuesday, January 6, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the McKean Township Mun. Bldg., 9231 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA. The public is invited to attend.
The McKean Township Auditors will hold their Organization Meeting on January 7, 2025 at 6:00 p.m. at the McKean Township Mun. Bldg., 9231 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA. The public is invited to attend.

The regular scheduled meetings of the McKean Twp. Supervisors for 2025 will be held at the McKean Township Mun. Bldg., 9231 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA on the 1st Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.; the 3rd Thursday of the months of March, May, July and September at 4:00 p.m. and December 31st at 9:00 a.m.
The regular scheduled meetings of the McKean Twp. Planning Commission for 2025 will be held at the McKean Twp. Mun. Bldg., 9231 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA on the 3rd Thursday of each month at 7:30 p.m.
The regular scheduled meetings of the McKean Recreation Authority will be held at the McKean Twp. Mun. Bldg., 9321 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA on the 3rd Thurs. at 6:00 p.m., every other month beginning January 2025.
The regular scheduled meeting of the McKean Twp. Water Authority for 2025 will be held at the McKean Twp. Mun. Bldg., 9231 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA on June 26th at 3:00 p.m.
The regular scheduled meetings of the McKean Twp. Sewer Authority for 2025 will be held at the McKean Twp. Mun. Bldg., 9231 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA on the 3rd Wednesday of the months of March, July, and November at 6:00 p.m.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Supervisors of McKean Township, Erie County, PA will consider at their meeting on Monday, January 6, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Municipal Building 9231 Edinboro Road, McKean PA 16426, the Township’s intent to appoint a CPA firm to replace the Township’s elected Board of Auditors to audit and make an examination of the accounts of the Township for fiscal year 2024.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of McKean, Erie County, PA, will conduct a public hearing on January 6, 2025 at 7:15 p.m. to take place3 at the McKean Twp. Mn. Bldg., 9231 Edinboro Rd., McKean, PA. The purpose of the public hearing is to inform and obtain public comment on proposed Ordinance No. 1-25 which amends the McKean Twp. Zoning Ord. 2-1983, whereby adding a new section “Short Term Rental” and adding Short Term Rental as a permitted use in the B-1 Highway/Plaza Commercial District.
FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors intend to and will consider the formal adoption and enactment of Ordinance No. 1-25 at a regular meeting on January 6, 2025. The complete text of proposed Ordinance 1-25 is available for examination at the McKean Township Municipal Bldg., during regular office hours and at the offices of the newspaper in which this notice is published. The public is invited to attend.
